Writting helps. It serves as focus but not concentration. That is left up to the personality of the individual under the influence or trying to recover from such influence. What you leave on paper is the true test. Meanderings in your own indelible penmanship running wild or maybe with an encapsulating idea running through like a river through a land mass.

When writting for yourself, you find your persona in natural development while your thoughts are rambling, because of the focus of writting. By being a human being you automatically change under the spell of ink appearing just as quick as your thoughts on paper, because changing is our fundamental role within our existence. And... these are not just inane badgerings coming from anyone else... just you.

This is the synergy that pen & paper share with your mind, (if you like to write), and with all that is yourself.

Only you matter now. And, nothing feels better than this catharsis. Except maybe for reading it later and still making sense of it.
